Carsos Pasta Company is a family owned and operated USDA inspected food manufacturing plant that is located in the north end of Seattle. We have been serving the greater Seattle areas with fresh pasta and other quality produces for well over 20 years. We believe that the quality of our ingredients make the dish which is why we strive to use fresh and whenever possible local ingredients in all of our dishes. The attention to detail and our extensive food knowledge is what set’s us above the rest. If we haven’t tried before we want to! Always remember, more pasta more fun!
