Originally started as a company to produce fun pasta shapes for kids, Carso's Pasta was established in 1986 by entrepreneur Dave Brown. Joined by his three children, the family owned and operated business moved from Queen Anne to a larger facility in Lynnwood, where production has expanded beyond fresh pasta to include a variety of high quality foods.
