  • Our fresh pasta is made to order from semolina, durum flour and fresh eggs. All flavored pastas are made with the finest vegetables, herbs and spices. No preservatives or additives are used for color or flavor. We have a variety of flavors, ravioli, and tortellini available in 8oz retail packaging. We sell all of our pasta, ravioli, and gnocchi in bulk at varying prices per flavor. 10lb minimum order.

  • As a USDA inspected facility, we are able to prep, cook, and package a variety of proteins for you.

  • We have a variety of seasonal lasagnas including: Meat (ground beef, Italian sausage); Chicken Sausage with marinara; Chicken with spinach and mushroom in a Béchamel sauce (2/5lb); Butternut Squash in a marinara; and a Vegetable (zucchini, carrots, yellow onion and spinach) in a marinara sauce. A case contains 2 9x13 pans weighing 6lb each.

  • Our quiches are made with cage free eggs and come in a wide variety of seasonal flavors including many classics such as; Broccoli Cheddar, Ham & Spinach, Quiche Lorraine, Spinach & Red Pepper, and Sausage & Red Pepper. Available in 5 or 9 inch size.

  • We have Chicken and Vegetable pot pies that come in an all butter crust. The pies are 5 inches across and come in a case of 12.

  • We make breakfast, savory, and dessert turnovers. A few of the popular flavors include; Bacon & Egg, Poblano & Egg, Sausage & Egg, Beef, Chicken, Sausage, Apple, Peach, and Cherry.

  • Our Sauces are lower in calories and fat because they are made with yogurt rather than butter or cream. Look for our Alfredo, Basil Cheese and Marinara at participating stores.

    All of our various dips and spreads come in 8 oz containers with 12 to a case. Avocado Tomaillo, Hummus, and Spinach Dip are a few of the popular sellers.
